In-Person Visitation Policy

The administration and staff of Pearl House ALF, L.L.C. understand the important role that families and friends play in the lives of our residents in our assisted living facility (ALF). During the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE) indoor general visitation ALF residents were restricted from receiving in-person visitors. This was done to protect the health and safety of residents and of the staff who are essential to the provision of the care and assistance required by our residents.

Pearl House ALF, L.L.C. visitation policy currently reflects the provisions of the April 6, 2022, State of Florida Senate Bill 988, “No Patient Left Alone Act.” In accordance with this new law, Pearl House ALF, L.L.C. does not restrict regular visitation without a reasonable clinical or safety cause consistent with F.A.C.
