About Pearl House
Pearl House Assisted Living Facility was founded in May 2018 by Rhoenna Campbell-Robinson and named after her mother Pearl Agatha Campbell. Pearl personified the saying “Bloom where you are planted.” Pearl was a vibrant 80+ year old woman — she devoured the written word, loved to engage in lively political debates, was active in her community, and cared deeply about seniors and their welfare. Most importantly, she was a woman of great faith in God. The Pearl House is the embodiment of the life Pearl led — active, engaged, and vibrant. Here, our residents “live graciously, treated like family.”
The Pearl House, L.L.C. is a small six-bed living facility licensed by the State of Florida. We provide 24-hour a day round-the-clock care and supervision in a safe and secure home-like environment.
Rhoenna Campbell-Robinson BSN, M.B.A., RN
Rhoenna Campbell-Robinson is a graduate of Columbia University School of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Business Administration, specializing in Healthcare Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is an expert Healthcare professional with over 22 years’ experience and a track record of excellence. She worked as a critical care nurse and extensively with Orthopedic and Orthopedic Step-down patients in some of the premier hospitals in New York and Florida known for their comprehensive healthcare services and integrated delivery network. Over the past 12 years, she has had extensive management, administrative oversight and leadership of large inpatient units and nursing staff resulting in high-performing team delivering exceptional care and high patient and family satisfaction.
Rhoenna is a licensed Administrator with a passion for resident satisfaction and staff performance, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Pearl House. She oversees every aspect of the community, including quality of service, amenities, care, and social programming, and works closely with each resident, their personal physician, the consulting medical director, and family to provide the best care for each Pearl House resident.
Our team is dedicated to providing a living experience that is safe, accommodating, and gives those aging a place to live with dignity and independence. Our goal is to ensure that all who live at the Pearl House are valued for all of the identities they hold and treated with the dignity they deserve.
